4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Refunds for services or products may be issued at the sole discretion of the site owner and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Workshops, digital downloads, and coaching sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable once accessed or completed.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

Coaching and counseling sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session fee. No-shows or late cancellations may result in full charge without refund.

6. Confidentiality

All coaching and counseling sessions are confidential. Your personal information will never be disclosed without your consent unless legally required (e.g., risk of harm, mandated reporting, court order).

Group sessions and workshops require mutual respect and confidentiality among all participants. Breach of this expectation may result in removal from the group without refund.

7. Use of Website
